Recording Fees

All Recording Fees are in accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 9:5217 and 13:844.  Recording Fees are due when filing Documents, Indexing, Maps, Bonds and other forms such as liens and mortgages.

Civil Fees

Civil Fees are due when filing any type of civil suit.
